In the pop-up form fill in your details along with the Eircode of the one-off house to be extended (or the nearest Eircode), and add a brief description of what is proposed. We will request the local authority record drawings for existing services in the area, and provide a 30-minute (max) online consultation regarding issues related to roads and services that may affect or inform the proposed development.

The cost of this service is €100 inc. VAT, payable in advance. This will be deducted from fee for services design and report for Planning Application if we are appointed to provide same.
