Citywest Village
Citywest Village is a residential development in West Dublin comprising c. 725 houses and 125 apartments plus a crèche, a café, a shop, village green and a neighbourhood park.
Citywest Village is crossed by the Luas Red Line and has one Luas stop within its boundaries and one immediately adjacent to it. The central Citywest Village Green is based in proportion on Sandymount Green and the architecture of The Village reflects that of the Sandymount area. Citywest Village is divided up into 4 areas. The Village, The Demesne, The Park and The Northern Quarter. The Demesne is complete, The Village is approaching completion with just two small areas on the South and West to be completed. The Park and The Northern Quarter have planning permission but have yet to commence. The neighbourhood park is approaching completion.

The Pines: 4-storey apartment Block forming part of Citywest Demesne comprising 19 apartments and a community unit.
The Mews: 4-storey apartment block adjacent to Citywest Luas Stop forming part of The Village comprising 24 apartments designed for independent elderly people.
Citywest Village House: 6-storey apartment building forming part of The Village comprising 36 apartments.
